Hands-On Senior Chartered Geologist with 23+ years of experience in Geological and Geophysical interpretation and integration, Geological Modelling, Reserves and Resource audits, Unitization, Integrated Field Studies, Field Development Studies and Seismic to Simulation workflows. Worked in oil and gas fields from 33 countries worldwide across several petroliferous basins. Expertise in reserves and resource audit and field unitization. Expertise in Reservoir Geology and Geological modelling of complex carbonate and clastic depositional environment. Expertise in designing geological model in several brown, green fields worldwide effectively for reservoir volumetric, reservoir simulation and quantification of subsurface uncertainties by combining the understanding of all Geological, Geophysical, Petrophysical and Reservoir Engineering data for integrated reservoir studies, reserves and resource audits, unitization and dynamic simulation.

Successfully constructed/reviewed and assisted in history matching of more than 60 geological models

Successfully negotiated and closed several deals for software sales and maintenance. Successfully managed several Integrated Field Studies projects and Geological Modelling projects.

Expert knowledge on geologic modelling and also worked as Domain Champion for geological modelling. Expert Knowledge of application and algorithm design for Geological modelling software and use of seismic inversion to constrain the geological model including transfer of inverted volumes from seismic grid to Corner Point Grid.

TRAINING AND MENTORING
Wrote and implemented several software and subject matter training courses. Have taught extensively. Mentored several junior personnel in all the organisations.
