Project Description
Our company is looking for support from a professional with expertise in offshore construction, subsea production systems preliminary design and cost estimation in outlining alternative development concepts for an offshore development. We considering multiple small size discoveries within 22-25 miles radius in GOM. Water depths ranging from 200 to 600 meters. Objective is to outline development concepts that will be considered on the following stages of the project. Two scenarios needed to be considered:
1) Subsea development.
2) Use of fixed platforms where technically feasible.
Deliverables:
For every scenario following is needed to be delivered:
1) Schematic with proposed location of main production system elements (drill centers, manifolds, platforms, production/water injection/umbilical flow lines, FPSO/FSO)
2) Most practical placement of separation and sea-water treatment/injection systems given distance between the discoveries (i.e. need for local processing vs. multiphase flow); alternative approach if any
3) Class 5 cost estimate for concept screening with reference to the estimation basis (list of analogs, etc.)

Short-term; expected to work remotely; project duration less that 1 week
